La Casa de Frida
La Casa de Frida makes reference to the renowned Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. The place itself is decorated in a traditional Mexican style and has an arty feel to it. The restaurant is located two and a half blocks from the main square.
This restaurant is known for having the best Chiles en Nogada in town, a traditional Mexican dish that consist in poblano chiles filled with shredded meat and topped with a walnut-based cream sauce and pomegranate seeds, which gives it the colors of the Mexican flag.
They also have many vegetarian dishes and a selection of wines if you want to have a drink.
