In this hands on authentic experience you will learn how to cook in a real Mexican kitchen along with a chef, understanding Mexican culture directly from an expert and preparing the best traditional dishes in your languages. Enjoy a morning with cafe de la olla (Mexican coffee) hot chocolate, Mexican pastries and some stories with the chef. Then, get a light snack with some botanitas (appetizers). Visit and perhaps harvest some of the fruits and vegetables you will use in the organic garden. Cook the complete menu of your choice, and then sit in the terrace where you will enjoy a great gourmet feast. End the evening in a sobremesa (after meal) with coffee and dessert and dive in the little tiendita (shop) for some memories to bring back home.
